makes it happen

Mary Poppins was Spit Spot!

Enter CIC students performed the magical Disney Junior “Mary Poppins” on Saturday 12thMay 2018 and Sunday 13th May 2018 at the Enter Centre. The performance showcased the talents of all our students with huge musical ensemble pieces and two wonderful casts.

The centre was once again transformed into a wondrous theatrical environment which included shimmering clouds, sky scraping chimneys, city landscapes and suspended letters. The props sparkled and our students performed spectacularly and astounded audiences with their singing, dancing and acting abilities, demonstrating yet again that age does not define ability.

We all had a wonderful time preparing for this production which included well known numbers such as Fly a Kite, Spoonful of Sugar, Feed the Birds. Our students performed every number with aplomb and took the audiences breath away with their energy and enthusiasm.

There was even time for a little audience participation which took place during the well known song Supercalifragilistic. We must say, we noticed quite a few wonderful vocalists in our audience.

At the end of the performance the feedback came flooding in and everyone was full of praise for both the cast and creative team.  Take a look below for some of the feedback:
