Opportunities Galore!

It has been a very busy couple of weeks! Last night (Friday 3rd November 2017) saw a number of our students perform for the Shiny Row Masonic Lodge, Sunderland. We all had such a wonderful time and received a very warm welcome. Once again our cast wowed the audience with their professionalism, talent and performance commitment. Festival of Remembrance Concert

Enter CIC is participating in the Festival of Remembrance Concert on Saturday 11th November 2017 at Durham Cathedral. We are delighted to have been invited to perform in this emotional, commemorative event. We have chosen to performing extracts from our own musical entitled, Home Fires with music and lyrics by North-East writer and composer, Paul Flynn. The Enter Centre hosts Tröll

On the 19th October 2017,  we once again welcomed Theatre Hullabalo and the wonderful TakeOff Children’s Theatre Festival to Enter CIC. This is a lovely event which celebrates children’s theatre in the North East of England. As part of the festival we hosted a production of Tröll. Tröll reimagines popular Icelandic folk tales with handcrafted puppets and a stunning original score influenced by old world melodies by Paul Mosely. An unmissable experience for the whole family. Festival of Remembrance – Durham Cathedral

We are delighted to announce that Enter CIC have been invited to participate in the Festival of Remembrance at Durham Cathedral on the 11th November 2017. This is a huge honour and our young people will get to share the stage with Alasdair Hutton (Edinburgh Tattoo), the Band of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and the Band of the 102 Battalion REME Pipe Band, to name but a few. Enter CIC has gained a reputation for performance excellence. We are regularly invited to perform at an array of business functions and dignitory events around the North East of England. In August we performed at Party in the Park in Wynyard Hall at the invitation of The Freemasons to celebrate 300 years of Freemasonry. Summer Spectacular

There were lots of beauties and beasts at The Enter Centre in August 2017 as we held our annual Lower School Summer Camp. As usual, the event was extremely popular and showcased the talents of local young people. The singing, dancing and acting were outstanding and our final sharing of the week’s work resulted in a standing ovation and lots of whoops, wails and applause. It was astonishing to think that the young people put a full production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast together in such a short time.…
