Golden Age Gaiety

High Sheriff Awards 2017

We are delighted to announce that Enter CIC have been awarded a prestigious High Sheriff Award in recognition of the work we conduct in County Durham and surrounding areas. Representatives from Enter CIC attended the High Sheriff Awards 2017 event last night which was held at the majestic Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle. Festival Success

Enter CIC have had an exceptionally busy weekend. We are delighted to report that on Saturday 11th March 2017 a number of our students participated in the Darlington Festival of Performing Arts. Our students competed in an array of different classes and their hard work in the lead up to the festival was rewarded. We are pleased to report that Enter CIC students were awarded 7 first places, a number of second places and many commendation certificates. Ribbons & Bowes

On  Saturday 10th December 2016, Enter CIC staged their traditional Christmas extravaganza at Bowes Museum. Enter CIC has now become well known for staging events in inspirational and world famous venues and the team were delighted to be granted permission to utilise Bowes Museum as the backdrop to our 2016 Christmas performance event. Chief Constable’s Visit

Enter CIC were delighted to welcome Michael Barton, the Chief Constable of County Durham Police Force to the Enter Centre on Wednesday 23rd November 2016. Mr Barton was aware of the good work of Enter CIC and wanted to spend some time speaking to our young people and watching a rehearsal. Shoe Box Appeal 2016

On Sunday 20th November, members of our upper school once again volunteered their time to a truly worthy cause, the Romanian shoe box appeal. The initiative sends shoe boxes all over the world to children who may not usually get Christmas presents. After rehearsals, upper school walked up to the Methodist Church and began to move the boxes, with the help of the congregation, from the church into the van, ready to be delivered. After only 11 minutes, the 1000+ boxes were packed away and the congregation invited us all…
