Thanks to funding from Lafarge Tarmac through Derbyshire Environmental Trust we have been able to update our windows at the Enter Centre. The original windows had been in the old Ferryhill Baptist Church for a number of years and needed replacing to ensure that the centre was water tight and fully insulated. The new windows will directly benefit the hundreds of users who regularly utilise our fantastic building each week.
This was no small job as some of the windows in the main studio space are an impressive size, as you can see in the pictures below.
We would like to thank Lafarge Tarmac through Derbyshire Environmental Trust for funding this project and ensuring that the heritage of the building will not be lost and stand proud serving the community for many more years to come. This type of funding is essential as it has a big impact on the community, who are delighted to see this building being used again.
We are always looking for funding to update our building. If you think you may be able to assist us by providing sponsorship or a donation, please call our office on 01740 655437.
