tenlandsnewsOn Sunday 30th September 2012 students from our Upper School group shared an informal piece of work to the residents of Tenlands Care Home in Ferryhill. The students performed songs from our brand new musical The Wind Road Boys and the residents were delighted and proud to see young performers from their village.

It was suggested by our young people that they would like to perform their work for the community that were unable to attend our main events inside and outside of the County Durham area. We are delighted that our young people want to get involved with intergenerational projects and we hope to provide more links like this within the community in the near future.

We would like to thank the staff at Tenlands Care Home for allowing our students to perform for their residents.
