We are an award-winning theatre company with our own working professional theatre. We specialise in high quality professional, community and youth-focussed theatre. We are internationally renowned for our commitment to new writing and artist development programmes. We tour internationally and have some of our productions available for commercial licensing.

Community

Enter CIC has become know as a positive enabler across Durham and the North East. We specialise in programmes that raise aspiration, combat social isolation, improve mental and physical wellbeing as well as developing volunteering and employment skills. We have won awards for our work with elderly communities.

Creative Apprentice

We are delighted to once again be working in partnership with Gateshead College, County Durham Council and CDCF to offer fantastic creative and cultural apprenticeship opportunities for artistically motivated people residing in the North East of England.

Enter is a unique company because not only are we a nationally recognised work based training provider, but we are also a creative employer providing creative employment opportunities in areas where employment in the arts is very limited.  We have a history of offering full time employment to our apprentices upon the completion of their apprenticeship year.

We are passionate about developing the creative workforce in the North East and we are working hard to shape the next generation of creative practitioners, sending out young people who are technically trained and professionally mentored to lead and innovate in a growing sector.

This year our creative apprentice is Jade. Over the next year she will be completing her apprenticeship in Community Arts Administration. Jade is a fabulous addition to the company and has a particular interest in fine art and media. We extend a very warm welcome to Jade, who is already proving to be a valuable addition to the team, and look forward to exciting times ahead as we commence our production schedule for this academic year.
