On Monday 4th August 2014, Enter CIC were once again invited to perform at Ferryhill’s local DIDO (Days In Days Out) group. Members from our Upper School group presented the group with some powerful scenes and numbers from our latest production entitled Home Fires. The local community, some of whom were unable to come and see the full production at Auckland Castle were excited at seeing the students from Enter CIC again.
It was a fantastic tribute to commemorate the start of World War 1. To perform it on this day when 100 years ago Britain joined the war was an extra special touch. The emotional impact of the performance was clear to see as the students performed their final number and left in silence, leaving the audience to reflect on a wonderful afternoon of entertainment. We would like to say thank you again to Ann Turner for her kind words
