Children studying on our lower school programme will work with an array of mentors and guest lecturers, they will have the opportunity to perform in the community, in theatres and study an array of examinations. The programme for the lower school aims to develop Musical Theatre, Speech & Drama, Dance, Acting, Singing, Art, Media, Drumming, Guitar, African Drumming and Keyboard skills. The programme has a phenomenal impact on the young people who attend our lower school sessions. These sessions are fun, accessible and truly impact the young persons self esteem and group interaction skills.

Students all participate in musical theatre sessions, but are encouraged to specialise in particular subjects where they show a natural aptitude, or talent. These sessions use the creative arts to encourage independent enquiry, creative thinking, reflective learning, team work, self management and effective participation. Students have the opportunity to study a number of graded examinations in a number of different subjects. Enter CIC is a registered approved centre with a number of examination  boards. As a result, we can really tailor programmes and exams to suit individual strengths and needs.

The lower school programme happens on a Wednesday evening and Sunday morning. The duration of each session is two hours (occasionally three hours) and students participate in at least two activities per session. Students can choose between the following subjects:

Dance, Drama (devised/scripted), Mime, Choral Speaking, Singing, African Drumming, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Drums, Bass Guitar, Keyboard, Speech and Drama (individual sessions), Art.  Students will be given an option to receive group, or solo tuition.

This is an exciting and unique programme which encourages responsibility, engagement and interaction. This programme really encompasses the concept of a Triple Threat performer.
