The Enter Centre is a working theatre, as well as a rehearsal space and creative hub in the heart of south County Durham. It has been a central resource for communities for over 100 years…and it’s still going strong.
The Centre is made up of:
- Reception Hall
- We can provide receptionists for your corporate event, or front of house staff for your theatre production.
- 100 seat main hall with stage
- The theatre is technically self-contained. Please contact us and ask for your technical pack for details.
- We can provide technical staff for your event or production.
- Drama Space 1
- Drama Space 2
- Music Room
- Male and female toilets
- (including an Accessible Toilet)
- Kitchen

The venue is also a perfect place to hold rehearsals, meetings, coffee mornings, art exhibitions, heritage projects, wine tasting, conferences, awards ceremonies, corporate away-days, birthday parties, reunions and family gatherings.
